MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
Must be at least 18years of age to work security in the State of Illinois, 21 for positions that will include driving (All are positions will include driver certification) Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
Must have a reliable working means of communication (cell phone).
Must have a reliable transportation (private transportation is required) (Catching a ride is not considered reliable transportation).
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including 6-panel drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are both used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC, amphetamines, narcotics, hallucinogenic substances, and other) Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
Must have a professional demeanor and attitude.
Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.
Need to have average to above average computer skills.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
